Your role and responsibilities

Being an OEM customer quality contact window, leading internal and external activities to have claim solvedConverting customer voice into CNMOT, drive internal cross function team to satisfy customerOrganizing the team to establish and improve the customer complaints solving, and being responsible for the promotion, implementation, and monitoring of the feedback system's operationBeing responsible for the statistics, analysis and feedback of the relevant data of the quality system operation, responsible for the tracking and verification of the internal audit and the evaluation of unqualified itemsPerforming other customer quality related affairsParticipating quality improvement transform project Performing other work issued by quality dept.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering3+ years of experience of quality engineer in JV or relevant motor companyFamiliar with Microsoft Office and SAPSenior engineer of motor especially stator/rotor is preferred, the above requirements may reduceFluent in Mandarin (oral and written), skilled in English writing & reading
