Hiab is seeking a CPQ Solution Coordinator. The CPQ Solution Coordinator holds a critical position within the development and support organization for the CPQ business application, acting as the primary point of contact between business units, the Information Management organization, and vendors. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales Enablement, the CPQ Solution Coordinator is accountable for daily user assistance, solution development, and thorough testing of the newly implemented CPQ solution.

 

The position will be based in Helsinki, Finland. 

Main tasks and responsibilities Provide daily supervision, administration, maintenance, user support and expertise, functional guidance, troubleshooting and solutions for the new CPQ solution and process implemented with Salesforce CPQ and related applications. Create and maintain policies, processes and standard operating procedures and deliver training as required based on identified needs Work with markets and product divisions in identifying gaps and process improvement opportunities Manage and resolve service concerns with Hiab’s global service desk and the CPQ service providers by identifying and documenting issues through troubleshooting, supporting team members, process owners and experts in other departments Provide support in the CPQ implementation project and during rollout to markets and divisions Coordinate User acceptance testing and System integration testing during new feature releases and roll outs Develop the CPQ support organisation and key user network Create and generate reports for various stakeholders, such as the CPQ project team, markets and divisions as required, upload documents, audits completeness and accuracy of data and identifies compliance issues. Collect user and business requirements, support the solution and process documentation, support ongoing sprint development work and releases. Work together with CPQ and CRM solution owner and CRM solution coordinator to implement the most efficient solution for our sales force to do sales management, quoting and order creation. Occasional travel, up to 10%, will be necessary, particularly during the implementation phase of the CPQ solution.
  What you’ll need to succeed Master’s or Bachelor's Degree in relevant IT or business education, Minimum 3 years' experience as a solution coordinator, CPQ key user, product manager, systems or business analyst or software project management Experience with CPQ and/or CRM processes and systems, specifically Salesforce, highly preferred Working experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies Excellent oral and written communication in English with business and technical audiences.
