CPQ Business Analyst

What you'll do DocuSign is seeking a highly motivated CPQ Business Analyst to join our IT,Product Management team. This role requires both functional and technical proficiency in Sales processes and CPQ systems and will be assisting the team during the execution of the strategic programs for the company. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of the CPQ tools and sales processes and a willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment. This position is an individual contributor role reporting to Sr. Manager, Product Management. Responsibility Assist in requirements gathering sessions with global partners Analyze business requirements followed by documentation of requirements and translate into user stories and corresponding actionable tasks along with acceptance criteria Understand and navigate workflows related explicitly to quote-to-cash, order management, and billing processes Support the design, development, and implementation of CPQ solutions including product, pricing, promotions, loyalty, quoting, and order management workflows Participate in CPQ application and end-to-end testing, including creating test cases, performing tests, and documenting results Assist in the integration of CPQ applications with other enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms Deliver training and support to end-users on CPQ application functionalities Monitor CPQ application performance and recommend improvements or enhancements Partner with Product Owner(s) to ensure continuous refinement of backlog, which may include stories from multiple projects Lead efforts to identify areas of improvement in existing business processes and applications. Recommend valuable improvements Collaborate with application and technology experts regarding solution design, implementation, support, maintenance and enhancement of the application Partner with Product owners, Program or Project Managers to communicate delivery of work product from the scrum team and raise key risks and issues that impede effectiveness of scrum team Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at DocuSign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job. What you bring Basic Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration 4+ years Information Technology experience in fast paced environment 2+ years of experience in CPQ vendors like Conga(Apttus) and Zuora Demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in CPQ applications Strong knowledge of Product Configuration & Rules, Commerce Process, Document Designer, and Pricing functionality Good Data and Analytics skills with strong SQL knowledge Preferred IT industry experience at enterprise scale Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with high attention to detail Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely Ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and manage projects independently. Ability to excel in a fast-growing/fast-paced environment, delivering accuracy while managing deadlines where adaptability is imperative Experience working in agile software development environment Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence and other project tracking tools Excellent presentation skills, and an ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people Solid skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
