The Covenants Operations Associate will work within Reorg’s Global Covenants team and be based in the Bucharest office, but offering remote work flexibility. The role is ideal for someone who has graduated university and is interested in learning within the financial services, legal and/or data sectors. It will appeal to an enthusiastic person who has a desire to learn and thrives in a growing, dynamic environment.

 

Responsibilities

Fielding client queries for covenant analysis via email and tracking the status of queries across various Reorg teams Ensuring strict adherence to compliance processes related to private documents and analysis on them Collaborating with our commercial team to provide excellent client service Maintaining internal reporting documentation  Liaising with offshore data team and London/USA teams on workflow and data initiatives, when required Monitoring fixed income deal flow and compiling related documentation Supporting and working collaboratively with the Reorg legal analysts, credit analysts, and journalists in New York and London on developing editorial content and data projects Collaborating on, and leading various administrative and operations projects

 

Requirements

Willingness to work US business hours Minimum university degree or equivalent qualification Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail Ability to write professionally (in English) about complex legal topics Interest in financial services and/or legal subjects Proactive and collaborative team player Ability to prioritize effectively among multiple tasks and work effectively to client deadlines Demonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in spreadsheets
