RESPONSABILITES GENERALES:

\n\nUtiliser des appareils de lecture électronique (\"scanners\") (à main, poignet, baguette) afin de numériser tous les bordereaux d'expédition\nTraitement des colis / expéditions\nCapacité à livrer tous les colis dans les délais requis selon les procédures définies\nMéthodes de conduite sécuritaires et proactives\nRespectez toutes les règles et réglementations telles que définies par le gouvernement local et l'agence de transport\nDoit être centré sur le client et représenter la marque de manière professionnelle\nInteragir efficacement et respectueusement avec les autres membres de l'équipe\nRespecter la convention collective\nDémontrer un comportement exemplaire en tout temps, promouvoir le respect des mesures de sécurité et de santé au travail\nAider aux opérations de tri assignées\nToutes autres taches connexes\n\n

Hours: Monday- Friday : 9h00 - 18h30

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

\n\nAbility to drive a van\nAbility to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 70 lbs per piece, throughout shift.\nDemonstarted ability to work with customers\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively and on-time within tight time constraints.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.\nComplete assigned deliveries and pick ups and/or other tasks assigned by supervisor\nMeet security requirements\nOther warehouse duties as assigned by the shift Supervisor.\nScan and process freight as per agreed procedures and Security Policies\nMove freight within the warehouse area as per requirements\nAccurately sort & process, by deadlines, in-bound material.\nAssist Tracing Department with thorough warehouse checks for missorts, on-hands, etc.\nPerform accurate reporting\nParticipate in the organization and clean-up of the warehouse area.\nParticipate in maintaining a safe and co-operative work environment\n\n

REQUIS MINIMAUX:

\n\nDiplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalence\nDoit être parfaitement bilingue (français, anglais)\nExcellentes aptitudes pour les relations interpersonnelles et capacité de travailler en équipe\nCapacité démontrée à gérer simultanément des tâches multiples.\nCapacité démontrée à travailler sous pression\nHabileté à soulever des boites lourdes, larges et formes diverses\nHabileté à pouvoir rester debout sur de longue période de temps\nDossier de conduite exemplaire\nDevra pouvoir interagir avec les clients au téléphone et au comptoir\nExpérience minimale d'un an en entrepôt / service à la clientèle\nUnderstanding of First Choice Programs and Global SOP\n\n

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

\n\nHigh school diploma or equivalence\nBroad general working knowledge of warehouse functions.\nGood knowledge of MS Office. Comfortable Excel User\nValid Class 5 drivers licence\nExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment\nExcellent ability to multi-task\nDemonstrated ability to work under pressure\nAble to handle bulky, heavy, awkward shipments.\nAble to stand for long periods of time\nClean driving Record\nShall be able to interact with customers over phone and at the Service\nMinimum one year warehouse / customer service experience (asset)\nUnderstanding of First Choice Programs and Global SOP (asset)\n\n
