The position requires a highly dedicated individual who can deliver results in a high-growth, ever-evolving environment. This person will be responsible for administration and continuous improvement of Coupa- the spend management platform. This will be an excellent opportunity to join our SaaS Engineering team and support the finance/ procurement org at one of the fastest growing technology companies in the world.
About the Team
At Nutanix, you will be part of the SaaS Engineering/NetSuite delivery team, a cohesive group of six dedicated professionals consisting of five developers and one administrator. You will report to the Sr Manager of SaaS Engineering, who is committed to fostering a supportive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. The work setup for this role is hybrid, requiring you to be in the office 2-3 days a week, which allows for flexibility while maintaining valuable in-person collaboration. There are no travel requirements for this position, enabling you to focus on your work and team contributions without the need for travel commitments.
Your RoleProvide functional & technical administration for Coupa Procure to Pay solutionManage and maintain the Coupa platform, including user accounts, roles, and permissions.Configure workflows and business rules to automate procurement processes.Oversee all aspects of system configurations and customizations Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Coupa system.Manage from start to finish the overall analysis, testing, and execution process testing for ongoing Coupa upgrades. Review major release notes for Coupa and provides delta assessment and impactsProvide ongoing support to internal users on Coupa functionality.Troubleshoot user concerns involving data, process, configuration, or integration related issues.Interface with internal Business Analysts to drive solutions in a timely mannerSupport SOX, ITGC, and change management frameworks to ensure control complianceInteract with and leverage insights from COUPA Community to create and maximize opportunities within the platform and implement new tool functionalityMonitor efficiency metrics to ensure tool adoption and process efficiencyCollaborate and Interact regularly with leaders from across the enterprise and at all levels of management to troubleshoot issues, resolve roadblocks, drive continuous process improvement, and support strategic prioritiesCreate, maintain, and deliver training materials to admins/ employees.
What You Will BringTwo (2+) years of hands-on experience as a Coupa Administrator (Required)Two (2+) years relevant experience in supporting purchasing, sourcing, accounts payable, accounting, or related systemsProcurement Processes: In-depth understanding of procurement lifecycle, purchase order management, requisitioning, sourcing, and supplier managementAbility to learn or existing administrative experience in Netsuite/ ZuoraExperience driving user acceptance testing, user adoption and user trainingAbility to work with cross-functional teamsA professional who can work independently with minimal supervision and effectively manage their time to meet all deadlinesStrong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and driven to learn and growRecord of strong advancement and achievementCreative problem solver who is able to think beyond the status quo and architect technical solutions to business problemsDemonstrated goal setting and excellent execution skills in past rolesStrong relationship building; excellent spoken & written communication skillsAbility & desire to work in a fast placed and continually evolving environment
Work Arrangement
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between USD $ 69,760 and USD $ 139,440 per year.
However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
