Country Risk Governance Analyst - VP/C13
The Country Risk Governance Analyst will support the In Business Country Risk Management (IBCRM) team in the execution of Governance, Control and Administrative task. Support in the preparation of Committee / Council decks, materials and minutes. Will oversee the MCA process and all internal control actives of the team. Will support in the coordination with Internal Audit and FCR. Will support the Governance Lead in the preparation of activities, townhalls, expenses and other functions. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers. **Responsibilities:** + Support in the Governance, Control and Administrative matters top our team of 25. + Support in the preparation of materials and minutes of Committees and Councils. + Support in the preparation of information that is presented to diverse Committees, Councils and reports across Citi. + Facilitate the communication between different members of the team. + Support to have all team process properly documented. + Support in the input for key processes such as Risk ID, Country Stress Test, State of Risk and the different Governance Bodies. + Coordinate all CAO related activities such as Budget, HC, Townhalls, etc. + Gathering and documenting business requirements + Developing individual project and efficiency initiatives across the team. + Day-to-day management of individual project responsibilities including milestone setting, task and actions management, co-ordination and execution of plan within required timelines and to stakeholder quality expectations. + Foster and maintain relationships with business stakeholders, support, testing and development team members + Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision. **Qualifications:** + 5-8 years' experience in Governance, Risk Management and Internal Controls + Process Improvement experience + MCA process knowledge. + Strong organizational skills, motivated and a self-starter + Experience working in dynamic and global teams. + Ability to prioritize is key as is ability to juggle several tasks at once. + Must work well under pressure whilst, enthusiastic, hard-working and positive + Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions + Ability to quickly grasp and master new concepts / requirements and related product / functional knowledge + Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines + Willingness to ask questions, challenge the process and seek out answers + Excellent analytical and problem solving skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family Group:** Business Strategy, Management & Administration ------------------------------------------------------ **Job Family:** Business Management ------------------------------------------------------ **Time Type:** ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location:** New York New York United States ------------------------------------------------------ **Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:** $142,320.00 - $213,480.00 In addition to salary, Citi’s offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
