As a Country Product Manager, you will be part of something special. What you will do each day matters, as we believe that cultural exchange makes the world a better place. Our students travel to another country to live its daily life and experience its culture from the inside — not as a tourist, but as a local. Though the exchange experience only lasts a year, the extended families we create last forever. As a Country Product Manager, you will have complete ownership of all other relevant business KPIs related to the program, with a strong focus on business development and lead generation. The role includes full ownership of recruiting and preparing new students in the country and to reach targets on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. How you help us make cultural exchange happen Responsibility for the entire Spanish market: strategy development and implementation to achieve recruitment and growth targetsTeam responsibility: recruiting, developing and motivating employees Responsibility for budget planning and management of the budgetManage the entire customer life cycle and provide excellent customer service and supportIncrease brand awareness and generate leads through target group-specific marketing activities - social media, trade fairs, school visits, partnerships, etc.Partner with teams across the business and the USA destination to ensure that expectations set during the recruitment process are met Leverage Salesforce (our CRM) to manage all customer activitiesUnderstand the competitive landscape and apply the unique competitive advantage of EF Embody EF’s core values such as a “nothing is impossible” attitude Who you are Ambitious and competitive personality - goals motivate you to do your bestStrong entrepreneurial spirit and good business acumen - you seize opportunities as they arise to advance the businessOrganizational talent with an efficient and independent way of working - you juggle different tasks effortlessly and always meet strict deadlinesAnalytical and solution-oriented thinking - you understand connections immediately, always stay positive and find a solution even for complex problemsCommunicative team player with strong leadership skills - you have a good knack for working with people and motivating teammatesPassion for recruitment and track record of success in management and/or experience in marketing/business developmentAbility to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and team environmentStudy abroad experience (preferably through an exchange program)Fluent in Spanish and high proficiency in English (C1+).
