Key Responsibilities:
Curate and maintain immaculate guest rooms and public spaces, ensuring they reflect the retreat’s luxury ethos. Lead, coach, and develop the housekeeping team to consistently achieve 5-star service standards. Collaborate with design and maintenance teams to enhance the aesthetic appeal of all spaces. Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth coordination with the Front Office and efficient room readiness. Continuously monitor and improve housekeeping procedures to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction. Manage the housekeeping budget, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure sustainable operations. Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar luxury environment. A strong understanding of 5-star and Preferred Hotels LVX standards. Exceptional attention to detail with a flair for interior aesthetics. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. A track record of managing budgets and controlling costs without compromising quality. A passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences.
