Your role:

·       Represent the company in the market with a strong focus on business development and gaining market share.

·       Implement and align sales strategies with business objectives, monitor KPIs, and ensure CRM targets are met.

·       Lead and develop the sales team to ensure growth and success in the country

·       Establish and manage Key Account relationships to drive long-term value.

·       Transition client relationships from transactional to strategic partnerships for sustainable growth.

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive market growth and expand the client base.

·       Prepare sales budgets, forecasts, and reports, ensuring that targets and guidelines are consistently achieved.

·       Strengthen the company’s brand and position as a thought leader in the industry.

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders and government bodies.

·       Drive people and leadership development in collaboration with other organizational areas to meet future business needs.

 

Your Qualities and Experiences:

Professional degree in Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of experience managing high-performance sales teams with knowledge of public and private sectors. Experience and knowledge of the healthcare sector market. Strong negotiation, leadership, and teamwork skills, with experience in mentoring or coaching. Focus on sales management in imaging equipment. Strong experience of Argentine healthcare market Strong ability to build relationships with C-level executives and refine sales skills within the team. Ability to drive business results. Advanced English proficiency.
