ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 

Coordinates activities of Countroom Reps as assigned by the Countroom Supervisor. Provides guidance, training, and coordination of duties of Courtroom Representatives.  Counts and records slot drop according to procedure. Maintains upkeep of the Courtroom. Responsible for minor repair and maintenance of Courtroom equipment. Notifies Courtroom manager of malfunctioning equipment. Sorts, counts, and records the contents of table game drop boxes according to the procedure. Compares information contained in drop boxes to data sorted on the computer terminal.  Acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Harrah’s and encourages others to do the same.  Adheres to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Prior money handling experience preferred (bank, casino, sales clerk, etc.). Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.

JOB DEMANDS:

Frequently lifts and/or carries objects up to 50 pounds.  The position requires 90% standing, and 10% walking.  It requires frequent stooping and reaching overhead, as well as frequently bending, pushing, twisting, and kneeling.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced, stressful environment.  Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.  Must be able to work in areas containing secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.  Must be able to respond to touch, speech, aural, and visual cues.
