The Opportunity:
As an AFRICOM Counter-Uncrewed System (C-UXS) Planner, you will provide planning and analysis support to assist the geographic combatant command, its Components, and its subordinate commands in meeting its strategic and campaign objectives.
Responsibilities:
As the AFRICOM C-UXS Planner, you will provide C-UXS expertise as part of the AFRICOM J34 Force Protection and Mission Assurance Division and in coordination with other AFRICOM Staff elements, Service Components, and other relevant interagency and foreign partners.This role supports the Campaign and Operational Planning function of the AFRICOM IAD Branch by producing joint planning documents such as C-UXS plans, annexes, policies, and orders, as appropriate.As the AFRICOM C-UXS Planner, you will participate in cross-functional Joint Planning Groups and Organizational Planning Teams, as required.You will participate in and apply the Joint Planning Process.You will be responsible for coordinating with service components and other defense and interagency partners, as required, to ensure timely information sharing regarding UXS trends, analysis, and planning requirements.You will also support C-UXS training events or delivery of training as well as conferences with Partners.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
