Responsible for fostering a fun environmentResponsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workersResponsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored eventsDirectly supervise Count Team front line Team MembersOversees the entire drop and money room operationsVerification of loose and bundled money and reconciles count to gaming systemsVerifies, monitors, and reconciles distribution of bill acceptor cash boxes.Ensures count team comply with all department and company policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations.Ensures compliance with all department and company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and internal controls including government rules and regulations.Safeguard company assetsPrepares all necessary paperwork to support and reconcile all money and vouchers collected and counted. Demonstrates and provides outstanding customers and employee relations at all times.Responsible for departmental purchasing, management/inventory of supplies and office equipment maintenance such as monthly meter readings.Maintains strict confidentially of all files, communications and informationReward, recognize, coach and counsel department employees.Facilitate and support departmental and company changes BRING US YOUR BEST.To be successful in this position it will require the following skill set:
Must have an outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitudeMust enjoy hosting others Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guestsMust be 21 years of age or olderMust have an associate degree or at least three (3) years related cash operations.Good verbal & written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in EnglishAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesCapacity to work independently with minimal directionMust be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cuesKnowledge of the hotel/casino industry a plusTeamwork – ability to work collaboratively within the outlet for effective day to day operationsCompliance with all regulatory, governmental, and safety requirementAbility to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environmentKnowledge of and compliance with department, property and company policies and proceduresPhysically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 75 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces STAY IN THE GAME.
