Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration. **Type:** Five-month contract, opportunity for extension or fulltime offer **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 8am to 5pm **Pay:** $38.00 to $40.00 an hour **Responsibilities of the** **Counselor:** · The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, helping them to overcome personal challenges and improve their mental health and well-being. · This role requires a strong commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all clients. · Work collaboratively with Clinical Director to design, modify, and deliver all aspects of clinical therapy. · Performs quality counseling services. · Review and sign off on all clinical notes as when service is completed. · Provide direct client services. · Engages overall direction, focus, vision, and mission. · Conducts strategic and long-range planning for the agency. · Ensures that the agency's services are performed in an ethical, high-quality manner, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction. **Qualifications for the Counselor:** · Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. · Valid state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed · Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent, or associate level under supervision. · Preferred: two years of experience in a behavioral health or social service agency. · Thorough knowledge of the ADHS regulations, all requirements of professional clinical services. · A valid driver’s license and documentation of appropriate automobile insurance. · Current or willing to apply for DPS fingerprint cards if working with individuals under the age of 18 years old. **Why work for Adecco?** · Weekly Pay · 401(k) Plan · Skills Training · Excellent medical, dental, and vision benefits Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
