Role Description: We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen product awareness, drive acquisition, and maximize consumption of the CoStar product across all audience segments. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across organization including Sales, Research, Product, Analytics and News, to lead, assist and execute marketing initiatives, including our CRE industry awards programs.

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will work both strategically and tactically to bind our product strategy to the methods we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the creation and management of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities targeted to key audiences, to include account-based marketing, lead nurture campaigns, and digital advertising.Support the launch of new product features and enhancements, managing the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan.Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns that drive new client acquisition and long-term client retention.Manage Power Brokers and Impact Awards programs.Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria.Be an expert on our competitors and how they are positioned.Develop sales enablement tools including sales collateral, customer case studies.

Qualifications:

5+ years of B2B marketing experienceBachelor’s Degree in business or marketing from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College; MBA preferredA track record of commitment to prior employersCommercial Real Estate industry experience a plusExceptional written and verbal communication skillsProven experience in delivering best in-class marketing programs
