Learn more about CoStar (https://www.costar.com/about) . **Role Description:** We are currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen product awareness, drive acquisition, and maximize consumption of the CoStar product across all audience segments. In this role, you will partner with stakeholders across organization including Sales, Research, Product, Analytics and News, to lead, assist and execute marketing initiatives, including our CRE industry awards programs. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Product Marketing, you will work both strategically and tactically to bind our product strategy to the methods we need to drive success in sales and marketing and to achieve results. **Responsibilities:** + Assist with the creation and management of marketing campaigns and lead generation activities targeted to key audiences, to include account-based marketing, lead nurture campaigns, and digital advertising. + Support the launch of new product features and enhancements, managing the cross-functional implementation of the go-to-market plan. + Develop, execute, and maintain high-impact multi-touch campaigns that drive new client acquisition and long-term client retention. + Manage Power Brokers and Impact Awards programs. + Be the expert on our buyers, who are they, how they buy and their key buying criteria. + Be an expert on our competitors and how they are positioned. + Develop sales enablement tools including sales collateral, customer case studies. **Qualifications:** + 5+ years of B2B marketing experience + Bachelor’s Degree in business or marketing from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College; MBA preferred + A track record of commitment to prior employers + Commercial Real Estate industry experience a plus + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills + Proven experience in delivering best in-class marketing programs **Preferred Qualifications:** + Analytical skills with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate to get the best results. + Previous experience in conducting competitor analysis and market research + Experience leading cross-functional projects + Collaborative team player across multiple functional organizations + Proven self-starter who is comfortable generating new ideas + High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously **What’s in it for you?** When you join CoStar Group, you’ll experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
