Hill International is seeking a Cost Manager in Las Vegas, NV. This role requires the individual to be full time onsite.
The Cost Manager is responsible for helping to manage the financial components of a construction project, including project set up, commitment tracking, cost reporting, budget maintenance, and close out. This role will provide support to the Design & Construction project management team to ensure real time accurate reporting of the projects’ financial status including budget, costs to date, commitments issued, and estimated final costs at completion, and will provide the results of their analysis in the form of recommendations on best paths forward for the client.
