In this role **you will be responsible for managing project budgets, monitoring expenditures and ensuring financial efficiency to keep engineering projects on track and within budget** . **What You'll Be Doing:** + Developing and maintaining project cost control systems and procedures. + Collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimation and budgeting. Preparing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. + Developing work breakdown structures (WBS), interfacing with Procurement, Engineering, and Finance Departments as needed. + Analyzing, monitoring and reporting project expenditures and identify cost variances. + Preparing project invoices and ensuring timely submission and posting. + Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. + Tracking and reporting on project financial performance, including earned value analysis. + Supporting project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize costs. **What Required Skills You'll Bring:** + Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or other Engineering elated field. + At least **7+ years** of related work experience. + **Strong understanding of cost control principles and financial management and proficiency in cost control software and financial analysis tools within the construction or engineering industries.** + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. + Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, professional growth, and a strong work ethic. + A collaborative professional with excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical abilities, and high attention to detail. + Proficient with MS Office and have an advanced Excel knowledge. ​ **What Desired Skills You'll Bring:** + Knowledge on Power BI.
