An opportunity to work for one of the World's most admired Licensor organization based in their India office in the Delhi. They are dealing in EPC, Modularization and Cryo / ASU Technology. Having presence in across the globe.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 6+ years' experience in cost control of EPC projects.

Brief Description
The Cost Control Engineer will be Defining the Project Cost Structure (CBS or named WBS in SAP) based on initial detailed contract estimate. Maintaining during all phases of the Project execution, an accurate and reliable forecast of all project cost.

The major responsibilities are: Defining the Project Cost Structure (CBS or named WBS in SAP) based on initial detailed contract estimate Maintaining during all phases of the Project execution, an accurate and reliable forecast of all project cost, Analyzing forecast by controlling committed and actual project costs and alerting (early detection) of any variance  Preparing, issuing and updating periodic Project Status Report (PSR) Periodic updation & maintenance of Cost in SAP. Support in the preparation of the cash flow plan & Project POC Participating and supporting project risk quantification (Quantitative Risk Analysis) as required by Project. Supporting Estimating and Cost Control communities by contributing to proper capitalization with cost feedback & benchmark loops.  Basic technical (process and general engineering) understanding.   Experience of Cost Control tools & methods on EPC business. 
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following: BE / B Tech- Mechanical / Process / Chemical Engineering 6 or more years' experience in Project cost controlling with EPC, Oil and Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery projects. Managerial skills, Self driven. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
