Job Title: Cost Analyst
Job Description

This role is to support the site turnaround team from both a cost analyst and administration level. The position will work closely with the project services team and will be involved in forecasting prior to the event and heavy reporting during the event.

ResponsibilitiesSupport the site turnaround team with cost analysis and administration tasksWork closely with the project services teamInvolve in forecasting prior to the eventConduct heavy reporting during the eventPerform cost accounting, cost analysis, and financial analysisManage earned value management and project controlsHandle operation and maintenance, and plant operation tasksUtilize Excel for pivot tables, data entry, and cost report buildingUse SAP for all cost control activitiesConduct reconciliation and variance analysisMaintain and create reports using reporting softwareEssential Skills5+ years of cost control experienceProficient in all Microsoft programsPast experience using SAP for cost controlExcellent Excel skills, including pivot tables and V-lookupsExperience with accruals and forecastingExperience in maintaining reports and cost report building in ExcelConstruction cost experience, having supported cost functions on at least 3 projects in the construction phaseStrong verbal and electronic communication skillsAdditional Skills & QualificationsEngineering backgroundPast turnaround experience, including pre-planning and during turnaroundExperience with MaximoExperience in planning and schedulingExperience in creating estimatesWork Environment

The position is based out of the Caresland facility. The role requires working in a fast-paced environment with schedule constraints. The dress code and facility conditions will align with the professional standards of a turnaround project setting.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $75.00
