In return for hard work and dedication, our goal is to provide a safe, productive, and enjoyable workplace for every employee. **Cost Analyst:** **FLSA Status:** Non **-** Exempt / Hourly **Reports to:** Engineering Manager **Summary** Compiles production or sales cost reports on unit or total basis for department or working unit. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned. + Maintains cost system in Navision or Oracle determining bills of material, preparation of margin information for General Manager and determination of option material and pricing. + Maintenance of models and options in Navision. + Assists with the physical inventory (checking accuracy, tracking and pulling cards). + Support and occasional assistance to engineering + Able to perform in-line audits. **Education and/or Experience** Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **Qualifications** + Knowledge of building materials and cost + Knowledge of accounting and financial analysis + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + High level proficiency with Excel + Strong Math skills and ability to solve complex calculations + Critical thinking + Oracle experience preferred. _Champion Home Builders is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
