Are you someone who can:

Prevent wastage and identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsProvide input into costing projects involving a segment, business unit, function or country/region (as applicable)Influence creative business solutions, optimise processes and inform strategic decisions through cost modelling and data analysisBuild, run and execute profitability models and provide required reports for businessProvide feedback to the business on monthly and ad hoc analysis and reports to support decision makingBuild and calculate cost models and work within established work and service processesConduct review and scenario planning to provide guidance on budgetary process in terms of spend and forecast adjustmentsDevelop new insights into situations and apply innovative solutions to make organisational improvementsProvide input into the development of the tactical strategy, and develop and implement a supporting operational strategyBuild working relationships across teams and functional lines to enhance work delivery, collaboration and innovationDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsContinuously assess own performance through seeking timely, and clear feedback and request training where appropriate 

Required Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Articles completed / studying towards Honours degree / CIMA will be an advantage. 

Additional Responsibilities

Cultivate and manage objective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.Coordinate and manage the quality of team’s work, continuously monitoring compliance to quality and implementing improvements where required.Actively coach team through providing advice about subject matter, solutions, principles and processes.
