Corrigo Quality Analyst

Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Corrigo responsible for overseeing and implementing a comprehensive curriculum to optimize the use of the Wells Fargo instance of Corrigo.

Key Responsibilities:

End User System Support

Ensure that all submissions in the ServiceNow queue are responded to and actioned within 24 hours, requesting additional information when needed.

Process any requests for schedule additions or updates within 48 hours to ensure timely and accurate updates to the system.

Manage and track all NTE requests and Work Order Generation activities and ensure that all entries are closed within 24 hours.  Follow up with requestors to enable the closeout of NTE requests and Work Order Generation activities.

Appropriately update and notate all items within the support mailbox with the appropriate flag to prioritize and track their status.

System Data Governance

Review and action requests for data updates within 24hrs. Data updates include Portfolio updates, Property updates, Specialty Matrix updates, etc.JLL User Monthly Audit of the JLL Corrigo User InformationAudit Corrigo Property data against Property Hub data on a routine basis.Audit Work Order and PMRM Data

Training Development

Design, develop, and implement training and development programs, aligning with organizational objectives.Establish and maintain effective organizational communications, including intranet bulletin boards and newsletters, to inform employees about training and development activities and available resources.Act as a change agent in driving the adoption of a process excellence culture within the organization.Create training materials using diverse media formats, ensuring their effectiveness.Create job aids and develop comprehensive training materials to support learning objectives.Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to account team members.Partner with Wells Fargo Corrigo Administration to understand expectations and policies related to Corrigo-based tasks.Organize and facilitate employee development and training events in a well-structured manner.Conduct post-training evaluations and analysis to measure the effectiveness and impact of completed training programs, making necessary adjustments as needed.

Foster Collaboration

Embody and promote the desired culture and philosophies of the organization.Collaborate effectively with other members of the management team.Support the operations team by analyzing data and providing insights for course corrections.Help drive a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.Experience in managing CMMS/work order applications, performance management, data analytics.Strong process orientation and data-driven skillset.Above-average aptitude for technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.Superior customer service skills and orientation.Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.Strong planning and time management abilities.Ability to multitask and work independently.Strong organizational skills and collaborative approach.Felony background check and drug test required.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

70,900.00 – 90,900.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
