Job Description

This position is responsible for supporting on all coordination of Visa do Brasil offices (São Paulo and Brasilia’s site), building operations, building systems. This employee will provide support to ensure that all office systems and equipment works properly and that all safety and business systems have been maintained and managed for ultimate safety. This position will interface with all levels of Visa employees, local management team, external vendor service organizations.

 

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's DegreeAssociate: 2 or more years of work experienceIntermediate English skills

Key Competencies

Understand and implement facilities processes in a leased office facility.Ability to coordinate vendors and interpret vendor contractsEffectively work and collaborate with both internal and external clientsPrevious experience and training in safety protocols for electrical and mechanical equipment.Ability to read and understand blueprint drawings, schematics and control wiring diagramsHandle multiple activities at once with a minimal supervisionMust be available to work overtime, and be on-call for all emergencies, required to carry and respond to on-call pages or calls as required.

Hands-on working knowledge with Microsoft office applications - Excel, Word, Power pointGood numeric skillConfidence, matured and a team playerGood written and oral communication and inter-personal skills across all levelsHigh degree of commitment to meeting deadlines and objectivesAble to multi-task, learn, problem solve, prioritize, set and attain personal and corporate goals, and work independentlyProvide the primary contact with the local landlord property management function to ensure Visa facility needs are being met.Individual need to have experience and training in safety protocols for electrical and mechanical equipment.Individual will be able to develop, support and attain corporate and department goalsMust be available to work overtime, and be on-call for all emergencies, required to carry and respond to on-call pages or calls as required.This individual must be able to read and understand blueprint drawings, schematics and control wiring diagrams
