Corporate Services Administrator & Receptionist-- Temporary position
**Job Description** **Job Title:** Corporate Services Administrator & Receptionist - Temporary **Location:** Corporate **Department:** Corporate Services **Job Summary:** The Temporary Corporate Services Administrator & Receptionist is responsible for completing clerical tasks in relation to daily campus operations and special events on campus. They also serve as the first point of contact with visitors/customers in the Wood Building Lobby. **Principal Duties:** + Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to all guests while facilitating the campus check-in process. This includes recording relevant information, notifying associates of their guests’ arrival and enforcing campus security procedures by controlling access. + Coordinate the event intake process for Corporate Services which includes creating calendar invitations and Corporate Services communications for campus events, meetings and celebrations. + Effectively answer telephone calls, routing to the appropriate individuals and providing general information or requests as they arise. + Manage the day-to-day tasks for services on campus including communication with outside vendors, composing emails, receiving guests and visitors and all other processes for daily operations. + Maintain campus seating directory, making additions and edits according to changes of associates on campus. + Create purchase orders as needed to support Internal Communications, Events and Corporate Services. + Coordinate charges for the P-Card and other campus expenses. + Handle unexpected visitors with immediate attention while ensuring safety and security standards and processes are upheld. + Maintain reception and coffee station areas in the main lobby to ensure area is clean and prepared for guests. + Act as facilitator for interdepartmental fund raising and charity events. + Perform other duties as assigned by the Campus Engagement and Events **Essential Functions:** + Ability to work well individually as well as in a team environment + Good communication skills + Good customer service skills + Ability to work from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday + High degree of professionalism + Ability to interact with peers, subordinates, upper management and executives from other companies + Ability to handle unexpected visitors + Ability to multitask + Ability to learn the full company history + Ability to work with minimal supervision and flexibility for scheduling with Corporate Services Team **Basic Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred + 3-5 years of relevant receptionist/front desk experience + Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Wawa will provide reasonable accommodation to complete an application upon request, consistent with applicable law.
