Responsible for developing, implementing, and managing security policies and procedures to protect company assets, including employees, property and information. This position ensures a safe and secure work environment that complies with applicable legal and industry regulations.
How you’ll spend your dayResponsible the protection of Company assets (people, information, products, and facilities) against threats, risks, and loss which would adversely affect Tapi. This position must handle the country security programs, policies and practices in accordance with regional and global security directives, guidelines and suggest or recommend changes when applicable on specific sites requirements.
In close coordination with the Head of Global Security or SGM handle the physical security program at all Tapi
facilities by supervising in-house and contract security personnel, and third party security contractors and consultants. Lead and develop in their subordinates a sense of responsibility and belonging to insure initiatives and commitments are delivered in an effective and professional manner in accordance with Tapi management practices.
Ensure the Implementation of the standards for protection required by each site, including procedures, training, equipment, visitor and access controls, compliance and enhanced security communications. Work closely with Head of Global Security or SGM.to provide approved security solutions that are consistent with Corporate Security Standards and Guidelines.
Promote security awareness and trainings for company employees. Implement and promote the Information Security Policy and Guidelines in close coordination with the Head of Global Security or SGM.
Develop requirements for security projects at each site, and work collaboratively with other groups to ensure their implementation.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Security, Criminology, or a related discipline, or formal security education.
Experience: 5 years in security positions similar to this JD.
Capabilities:Security technology knowledge, including: CCTV, ACS.
Security related certification.
Language: Must have: advance English and Spanish
