Corporate Sales Lead

Role

The role is within the Business Development team, To develop and implement strategies, policies and processes to improve operations and service delivery to meet existing and future corporate objectives.

Develop client / market relationships and build WTW propositions for growth.  Build pipeline for prospective new business.  Identify key expertise to support on new business opportunities and oversee client/ market responses and deliverables.  Execute and develop strategic marketing plans to support annual growth targets. Maintain an awareness of any possible threats to the business and develop
policies and processes that will provide for such contingencies. Maintain an awareness of developments in the fields of organization change and development to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of the latest thinking in these areas.

 

Requirements

 

Insurance industry experience is a MUSTPrevious experience in General insurance in  MUSTWorking knowledge of Excel, MS Project, MS WordStrong financial skills; Strong interpersonal and team skillsPolished and well developed oral and written communication skillsStrong negotiation skills.
