A motivated and meticulous Corporate Sales Director to join our dynamic sales team. As an RFP Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by monitoring and responding to RFPs from various 3rd party resources. Your expertise in crafting compelling and comprehensive RFP responses will contribute to the monthly sales quotas across a portfolio of Hilton Branded Hotels.

RFP Monitoring and Analysis:
Proactively monitor RFP opportunities released by 3rd party resourcesAnalyze RFP documents to extract key requirements, scope, evaluation criteria, and deadlines.RFP Response Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Vice President of Sales and Revenue Team members.Develop clear, persuasive, and concise RFP responses that address the specific needs and goals outlined in each RFP.Ensure that all responses adhere to the RFP guidelines, requirements, and formatting instructions.Proposal Strategy:
Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to strategize and differentiate our proposals, highlighting our unique value proposition and competitive advantages.Data Management:
Maintain a well-organized system for tracking RFPs, deadlines, and required documentation.Respond to all RFPs within the established timelines required by the Vice President of Sales.Submit appropriate paperwork to hotels for confirmed business.Quality Assurance:
Review and proofread RFP responses to ensure accuracy, coherence, and compliance with established company standards.Conduct peer reviews and seek feedback to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of RFP responses.Relationship Building:
Foster positive relationships with co-workers, and past, present, and future business.Continuous Improvement:
Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and changes in the hospitality industry and established competitive sets in each hotel’s market, which could impact RFP responses and strategies.Skills Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a related fieldStrong research skillsStrong writing skills and written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience reviewing and editing proposals and associated content.Strong time management skills and ability to manage overlapping projects.Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced, proposal deadline-driven atmosphereStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently with little to no supervision.Work Experience
Minimum 2 years as a Hotel Director of Sales
