You will be responsible for filling internal roles for Raymond Central throughout 8 states. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: * Work directly with hiring managers to understand and define job competencies and recruiting requirements for all open positions. * Contact colleges, trade schools, military installations and labor departments to arrange job postings, conduct presentations and interviews. * Generate and execute comprehensive targeted recruitment strategies for qualified candidates via cold calling and direct sourcing, database mining, social media, client referrals, advertising, and traditional networking. * Partner with external recruiting vendors and agencies on external searches, ensure quality service, and provide accurate reporting. * Provide information on company culture, facilities, benefits and opportunities to potential applicants. * Interview applicants, internal and external, to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements. * Test/assess applicants to determine skill levels and personality parameters for position suitability. * Screen and refer qualified applicants to appropriate hiring managers. * Perform reference and background checks on applicants. * Correspond with job applicants to notify them of employment consideration. * File and maintain applicant (internal and external) records through Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Track and report key recruiting metrics. * On-boarding. Maintain follow-up contact with new hires on a set schedule and record notes from those conversations. Ideal candidate will possess: -Experience carrying out full life cycle recruitment in the material handling or related field -Experience carrying out full life cycle recruitment for maintenance technician or related roles -Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment tools -Bachelor’s degree in communications, Business Administration, or related field Minimum qualifications -2+ years’ experience carrying out full life cycle recruitment in a professional setting -Associate’s degree #HEUCORP
