Job Description Hybrid work schedule: 2-3 days in the office. Source candidates: Use job boards, social media, networking, and referrals to find and engage potential candidates. Screen candidates: Review resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and fit for sales and operations roles. Coordinate interviews: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, providing support throughout the process. Maintain candidate pipeline: Keep a pipeline of qualified sales candidates for current and future needs, and update records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or other recruitment databases. Extend job offers: Offer positions to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including compensation, benefits, and start dates. Onboard new hires: Work with People Operations and sales leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new sales and operations hires. Track recruitment metrics: Monitor metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates. Generate reports and analytics to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Promote employer brand: Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruitment events to position the organization as an employer of choice. Support HR projects: Assist with other HR-related projects and initiatives as needed. Skills and Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred but not required. 3 + years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience Experience working in a fast paced environment, and recruiting on 8+ different openings Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. LinkedIn Recruiter experience & creating Boolean searches Preferred ATS experience with any of the following: Greenhouse, Lever.
