The current opportunity is offered with an eye on succession planning and the future growth of the department. The position will suit an experienced corporate solicitor with a broad array of skills across the full range of corporate work. Work can include mergers, acquisitions, disposals, share issues and general governance. The successful candidate is likely to have some good contacts and the potential to bring more business to the firm in due course.
