As a highly personable, results driven HR professional with demonstrated expertise in development of HR programs and initiatives, you will collaborate with our business partners to create alignment in our practices, modernize and improve the employee experience, lead complex change management initiatives, and create a foundation for all employees to achieve their career goals. In this role, you will lead the transformation of our talent management programs and design a purpose driven employee experience that unites our teams across the organization.

 

Here's how a Corporate Manager HR Services for our Edmonton NAHQ office contributes to our team:

Responsibilities Lead development, implementation and support of HR strategies and programs that deliver an exceptional employee experience, like employee engagement, performance and career development, and talent management. Build relationships with key stakeholder across the business in a highly matrixed environment while modelling stakeholder engagement by establishing goals and implementation plans to achieve high quality deliverables, within expected timeframes. Execute planned strategies at an enterprise-wide scale using effective change management communication. Drive improvements, assess program outcomes and recommend enhancements. Stay informed of trends and innovations that drive employee engagement and improve the talent management program outcomes. Develop people and foster an innovative and team-oriented work environment. Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Qualifications 8+ years progressive human resources experience in a progressive, fast-paced environment, with demonstrated experience in developing and implementing companywide programs. Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred; experience in a corporate environment at large organization is preferred. Demonstrated understanding of leading change management best practices and methodologies (eg Prosci, Adkar), and proven experience of measuring the effectiveness of culture transformation initiatives. Excellent networking, partnership, and stakeholder management skills, with a solid understanding of how people respond and adapt to change. Strong knowledge and demonstrated experience with employee engagement, talent management program. Experience collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement people focused initiatives and talent programs across a matrixed organization. Able to build highly effective relationships across the organization and create alignment.
