Where is the work:
This position has been designated as a Hybrid work schedule with work performed onsite 3 days each week, based in Davidson, North Carolina reporting to the Director FP&A, Corporate Functions.
What you will do:
The Corporate Functional FP&A Manager is a key role in the Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis organization that provides foundation development opportunities for future career growth. You will be responsible for providing analytical and business decision support across all Corporate Functions and partnering closely with the corporate functional finance managers and their teams.
Key activities include financial analysis and reporting of consolidated corporate operations, as well as highlighting opportunities and solutions to mitigate potential issues. A focal point will be to leverage technology to develop sustainable tools and processes, which improve financial analysis and help solve problems; delivering on our ability to innovate and drive a world class lean enterprise.
In this role you will:
· Develop, analyze, and/or modify financial forecasts, risks & opportunities, annual operating plan (AOP) and long-term strategic plans (LRP)
· Prepare and deliver monthly reporting and analysis
· Manage and perform month-end close activities
· Develop tools for early identification of financial problems, including development of financial dashboards to visualize financial results and trends, and make recommendations for resolution of problems
· Drive business process improvement through automation and/or the development of standard work, develop documentation and drive standardization
· Perform frequent and complex ad hoc assignments
What you will bring:
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business related field required 5+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience Experience with financial reporting cycles, such as forecasts and budgets (AOP) Strong proficiency in MS Office, ERP / Consolidation Applications (e.g. OneStream, Oracle, etc.) and Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau, OBI, other dashboarding tools)

Base Pay Range: $117,450-156,050 Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
