Visit arcfield.com for more details. Responsibilities Arcfield is looking for a Corporate Finance and Accounting Intern who can thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. The position requires solid skills in the areas of relationship building, communication, and partnering with the Finance and Accounting team as well as with other Corporate functional teams. This position requires an elevated level of discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality. Major Responsibilities/Activities Statements: General accounting duties to assist the accounting and finance department: Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Billing and General Ledger Financial statements and reports Month-end closings Project Accounting Applies principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports Work with treasury to track and forecast cash models Qualifications Required: Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a concise manner Ability to maintain confidentiality Attention to detail is essential in composing, typing and proofing materials Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a team from across the organization and to act independently under general direction Effectively and professionally communicate with leadership Detail oriented Strong organization skills EEO Statement EEO Arcfield proactively fulfills its role as an equal opportunity employer.
