Our corporate accounting department is looking for 2 undergraduate and 2 graduate students who are interested in pursuing a career in corporate Finance/Accounting. The interns will have the opportunity to experience what corporate Finance looks like by a 12-week rotation gaining knowledge in the areas of FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Tax and CAO Office.

Roles & Responsibilities

Successfully complete a 12-week rotational program in corporate finance in the areas of FP&A, Treasury, Audit, Tax and CAO Office.

Supports and assists the Treasury Leadership team in identifying and executing process improvement initiatives

Support various treasury projects by capturing meeting minutes, preparing project plans, creating diagrams, flow charts, and power point presentations. Prepare analysis as needed.

Timely responds to notices and other documentation related to bank group, credit reviews, treasury agreements, letters of credit, and wire transfers.

Prepares documentation and follows procedures that comply with internal controls.

Participates in and provides other support, reports and analysis as requested.

Providing the highest level of customer service supporting Operations, Finance & Accounting functions, and banking partners, and financial providers/vendors.

Min. Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age

junior or senior undergraduate or master’s degree student

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status

Preferred Qualifications

Working toward a bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Business Finance or Accounting related field

GPA of 3.5 overall or higher

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Visio, preferred but not required

Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills

Skilled at managing multiple tasks and academic projects effectively, engaging in conflict resolution and interacting in cross-functional groups

Effective at transferring technical knowledge within a small group or larger team

Prior working experience- preferred but not required

Python, Power BI knowledge or working experience- preferred but not required
