Here is some of what you will do:
Perform site inspections for preventive maintenance on your assigned floors.Perform routine maintenance repairs.Coordinate logistics for move events, ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.Set up and arrange tables, chairs, and other furniture according to event requirements.Assist with the transportation and handling of event equipment, ensuring safe and efficient setup and breakdown.Work closely with event organizers and team members to ensure smooth execution of events.Maintain a clean and organized work environment before, during, and after events.Provide support and assistance to other team members as needed.Monitor and supervise outside vendors who are performing scheduled maintenance work to ensure the job has been completed to expectation.Here is who we are looking for:
Required
2+ years of experience in a corporate setting3+ years of client-facing customer service-oriented experienceComputer literatePhysical ability to lift and move heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods.Preferred
CMMS & Microsoft Office experienceMaintenance experienceExperience with eventsSchedule: Tuesday - Saturday 2 p.m. - 10 p.m. with a paid lunch. Overtime as needed.
Pay $27 hourly.
Estimated total compensation for this position:
56,000.00 – 69,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
