Corporate Events Marketing Specialist
The Corporate Events Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and promotion of virtual and onsite corporate events. This role collaborates with stakeholders to ensure event objectives are achieved, the corporate brand is well-represented, and event processes run smoothly. The position requires strong organizational, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Responsibilities + Collaborate with key stakeholders to define the event framework to achieve goals and continually apply best practices and creative ideas to promote Bentley Systems and applications. + Coordinate with stakeholders to develop event strategies and ensure consistent branding across all materials. + Coordinate directly with key stakeholders to create and confirm agendas and promotional content to support each event. + Manage event logistics, including agendas, promotional content, and event-day execution to maximize attendance and engagement. + Experience with event platforms and tools like Cvent, On24, Teams, or other virtual event systems is highly valued + Track event metrics, including attendance, engagement, and post-event feedback, and contribute to summary reports. + Ensure all event materials align with brand guidelines and support corporate objectives. + Work with the marketing team to develop promotional plans, messaging, and tools to support each event. + Support budget tracking and vendor coordination as needed. + Contribute to the development of best practices for event management and promotion. Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 1-3 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or related roles, with a focus on supporting corporate events. + Familiarity with event platforms such as Zoom, On24, Teams, or Cvent is highly preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a willingness to learn new tools. + Experience working with cross-functional teams to achieve event goals. + Ability to analyze event performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations. + Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is a plus. + Flexibility to travel occasionally (up to 10%).
