Corporate Events Marketing Specialist, Logistics
The Corporate Events Marketing Specialist is primarily responsible for supporting the logistics and execution of a variety of events on the corporate level. This role involves managing event logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring that all events run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Key Responsibilities: + Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including meetings, conferences, and hybrid experiences. + Logistics Coordination: Manage event logistics, such as venue selection, catering, AV equipment, transportation, and vendor coordination. + Registration and Housing Management: This position oversees attendee registration and communications, maintains up-to-date event websites, and manages room blocks and deadlines. + On-site Support: Provide on-site assistance to ensure smooth event execution, including setup, registration, housing support, event coordination, and teardown. + Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop promotional materials, ensuring consistent branding and messaging. + Performance Tracking: Monitor event metrics (attendance, engagement, feedback) and contribute to post-event reports and recommendations. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience). + 1–3 years of experience in event planning, logistics, marketing, or related fields. + Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with cross-functional teams and executives. + Proficiency in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams). + Experience with event management platforms like Cvent, On24, or Teams is highly preferred. + Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce or Marketo is a plus. + Experience with live event production (lighting, audio, video) is a plus. + Flexibility to travel up to 10%, including occasional international trips.
