Job Description

You will join a dynamic, multicultural, and collaborative group of professionals dedicated to corporate credit risk who has become a credit and risk center of excellence. As a member of the team, you will navigate a sharp learning curve which will push you to put in practice your academic knowledge. Our 2-year graduate program (undergraduate) will give you the opportunity to learn all aspects of the business and you will complete three rotations of 8 months:

Rotation 1: Mid-Tier UnderwritingRotation 2: Portfolio Management TeamRotation 3: Periodic Review Team

Responsibilities for the role

Learn to conducting credit analyses including gathering, analyzing and interpreting all types of credit information on the existing portfolio as well as new customer underwriting. The data collected may include financial statements, credit reports, industry research, and tax returns.Learn to prepares and present credit reports to person(s) responsible for making credit decisions.Learn how to sets up and maintain databases used to analyze accounts and/or portfoliosLearn how to monitor accounts to identify potential risk to mitigate losses to Elavon.Learn how to prepares and presents credit reports to person(s) responsible for maintaining control over the credit standings of individual accounts and portfolios. Generally, furnishes information relative to credit inquiries to appropriate parties.

Basic qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration / finance / economics with a target completion date of May 2025Eager to understand financial and payments marketsAbility to start graduate program on 1 Sept 2025English Level C1 - Request for English CV onlyOne year or less industry experienceStrong Microsoft Office skills

Preferred qualifications

Location: Alcobendas. Madrid   (3 days office & 2 days home)

Contract: 2 year Fixed Term Contract
