Corporate Counsel, Global Deal Strategy & Programs
We are looking for a talented and experienced commercial lawyer to fill the position of Corporate Counsel to support the Amazon Web Services (“AWS”) Sales and Marketing organization. This Corporate Counsel will be part of the AWS Sales and Marketing legal team and will serve as a trusted advisor to the Global Deal Strategy & Programs (GDSP) organization, a fast-growing business that leads AWS’s most strategic commercial customer engagements across the world.

Key responsibilities in supporting GDSP include negotiating complex cloud services agreements, advising on regulatory and compliance issues and the launches of new products and tools, and innovating to modernize and scale our legal support. This role will also participate in other AWS legal projects, including managing issues that arise in existing commercial relationships and driving simplification efforts.

You will also need to demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations and be adept at driving consensus across stakeholders.
