YOUR ROLE Be part of the local Corporate Communications (CC) and regional team to meet global and regional CC priorities and KP objectives. Applies a data-driven approach to drive communication success and support decision-making processes. Ensures compelling content in alignment with global and local messages and strategy to reach key stakeholders. Represents our role on ad hoc committees to ensure regional/local perspectives are reflected in CC strategies and projects. Develops and implements local CC strategy aligned with business priorities, Henkel strategic framework and CC priorities. Leads, manages and monitors local internal and external communication programs, CC projects and processes. Provides strategic communication advice and acts as an advisor to local/regional managers and local senior management. Assists local CC budget and deploys resources for internal activities. Supports the management of crisis communication and issues management activities, as well as public affairs activities. YOUR SKILLS Minimum of 1 year experience in Corporate Communications Bachelors degree Fluent english Writing and composition skills Effective written and verbal communication Digital abilities
