Manager, Corporate Communications
KDP is seeking an enthusiastic communications professional to help drive KDP’s corporate reputation. This position will contribute to the development, coordination and implementation of strategic corporate communications initiatives at Keurig Dr Pepper, with a focus on the intersection of corporate reputation and our consumer brands. With a primary goal of elevating and protecting the leadership and reputation of KDP with external audiences, this role develops and executes corporate communications strategies and tactics that promote awareness and engagement among our target stakeholders; develops corporate messaging and assets; and supports incident and crisis communications. The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. We are also looking for someone who has an established knowledge of or enthusiasm for measurement and analytics tools to create data-driven reporting and analysis of the performance of content and media coverage.
*This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in the office) and can be based in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX.
Position Responsibilities:
Work with the Corporate Communications team in the strategic development, coordination and implementation of corporate communications and public relations programs at KDP with a goal of elevating the leadership profile of the company and its portfolio of iconic brands.Develop and implement proactive and reactive media relations strategies for KDP’s corporate initiatives, including serving as a company spokesperson, training of spokespeople and developing media engagement strategies across owned/earned/social/paid media.Help identify, track and draft submissions for strategic corporate award and speaking opportunities.Manage creation and writing of communications materials, including spokesperson messaging, Q&As, press releases, website stories and other collateral, representing the corporate voice authentically.Collaborate with departments across the company to uncover insights and identify news, initiatives and story ideas to leverage in external communications.Manage inbound press requests while fostering relationships with target journalists to elevate awareness of KDP’s corporate communications initiatives.Develop and deliver curated regular and/or ad hoc media coverage reports, assisting in creating and managing comprehensive data-driven insights and measurement using software tools and other research methods.Support corporate incident and crisis mitigation and management, including working with Commercial, Consumer Care and Social Media teams to develop response strategies for escalated situations.Foster relationships with and provide day-to-day direction to external communications agencies and vendors.Support Corporate Communications budget, including vendor paperwork.Total Rewards:

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree required in Communications, Journalism or English degree or equivalent preferred6+ years of public relations or communications experience – agency or in-house Outstanding verbal and written communications skillsPossesses clear ability to manage multiple projects at once while demonstrating strong composure and flexibility under tight deadlinesTeam player, ability to build strong relations internally across functional areas and externally with vendors, suppliers, and other constituentsSelf-starter, highly motivated, and ability to work independently Commitment to company purpose and valuesAbility to travel occasionally as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
