Role Overview: As a Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will be working closely with a range of clients from different industries, including finance, technology, and real estate. This position offers a diverse and stimulating caseload, covering corporate transactions, M&A, contract negotiation, joint ventures, and advisory services. Whether you are newly qualified or have up to three years of post-qualification experience, you will play an integral part in delivering exceptional legal support to clients, with opportunities to take on more responsibility as you grow within the firm.
