Job Description Summary:
The Welcome Desk /Building Concierge/Badging Analyst is primarily responsible for assisting associates, contingent workers, and guests with navigating the workplace environment, to ensure full compliance with all safety guidelines and badging protocols and will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and becoming an integral part of shaping the Associate and guest experience.

Greets and directs all associates and guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and courtesyProvides very positive and professional first impression to associates and guestsPartners with EABS Works TeamAccess and in-depth knowledge of the Lenel badging system and all badging processes:o Associate (new hire)

Is Knowledgeable on the health screening kiosks operation and can escalate issues appropriatelyEnsures that all complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates or guests, are addressed and conducts a follow-up, if neededCultivates relationships with associates, to better understand their requirements and improve EABS’ ability to address themResponsibilities:
Provide high touch support to associates in the workplace, specifically in lobbies and other high traffic areas. This includes, providing associates with tools, support and information about the buildingSupport return to office efforts, including safety guidelines, best practices, and standards for associates and cross-functional service teams.Regularly assess space readiness; ensuring lobby areas are welcoming, safe and ready for occupancyEnsure complaints, questions, concerns, and suggestions, from associates and guests, are adequately addressedManage ACR requestsCreate and assign badge access levelsCreate and disseminate badge audits, reports, and metricsPerform service troubleshooting and basic vendor coordination for service callsHandle invoicing, alarm permits, false alarm auditsManage response plansManage intrusion alarm system code requestsCharacteristics and competencies:

Education – Minimum high school degreeWork Requirements - Operate in a professional office environment.
