Our Atlanta Office of Nelson Mullins, a national, AmLaw 100 law firm is seeking qualified applicants for a Corporate Analyst position working directly with attorneys in the Mergers and Acquisitions team.
A Day in the LifeWorking with a collaborative team, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: assisting team leaders with client and workflow management; basic document drafting and preparation; assisting attorneys with corporate compliance at the local, state, and federal level; researching corporate records in a variety of jurisdictions, conducting legal research as necessary, and analyzing market data; handling administrative duties to support the legal team in its day to day activities in a wide variety of legal areas; and effectively communicating with clients and attorneys at all levels.
