The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Corporate Affairs trainee role will make an impact: 

 

Viatris Foundation: 

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the area activities. 

Assist in the organizing of Viatris Foundation events and attend them to facilitate their success. 

Collaborate & Follow-up of projects and budget for Viatris Foundation 

Ensure the updated maintenance of the Foundation’s website. 

Administrative support to the director of the Foundation 

Administrative tasks and archive of all the official documentation 

 

Corporate Affairs department:  

Collaborate in projects and follow-up on time within budget and within scope. 

Deal with contract creation and approval in LCM as well as PO initiation and tracking 

Organize internal and external and virtual meetings with stakeholders. 

Support corporate affairs director with department strategy, projects, and other administrative issues.  

Collaborate with a cross-functional team (incl. medical, clinical, regulatory, ops, etc.) with a broad variety of the above-mentioned tasks. 

Willing to support the director to achieve results with a focus on public affairs/corporate affairs. 

Foster and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors/key stakeholders. 

Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency. 

Collaborate & support in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. 

 

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

 

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics, ADE, or Life Science + Master´s degree in Market Access or Corporate Affairs. 

Advanced level of English 

Mandatory to be able to sign university agreement for 12 months and do the internship in full time basis. 

Available to start immediately 

Great command of MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams). 

Must possess following skills: ethics; accuracy; planning and organization; result orientation. 

Great relationship and communication capabilities. 

Availability for occasional travel as needed.
