Kforce's global client is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager in Rockland, Massachusetts (MA). This is a great opportunity for a CPA with 5-7 years of experience to transition into a management role with a $1B+ company. Responsibilities: * Accounting Manager will assist in the preparation of consolidation, cash flow, and financial statement disclosures * Work with management to resolve complex accounting issues * Prepare and review reconciliations account reconciliations * Monitor compliance with internal compliance with internal controls * As an Accounting Manager, you will assist the corporate accounting group with acquisition related financial integration * Hands-on involvement with the month closing process, recording journal entries, and running month end reports * Assist in the coordination of the yearend audit and quarterly 10Q filings * Report to the Director of Accounting and supervise a Staff Accountant
