JOB SUMMARY
The Cornerstone & edays Administrator will be responsible for the support and maintenance of the Company’s HR Information System (Cornerstone) and its absence tracking tool for salaried employees (edays), maintaining the data integrity therein and otherwise working closely with the Cornerstone and edays Manager regarding the management and optimization of both systems.
Essential Functions
Assist with implementation of system design, testing of system changes, and end-user change management
Will periodically support stakeholders and users on day-to-day administration
Assist with the development of user procedures, guidelines and documentation, train new users on new processes/functionality
Support business requests, special projects, and analysis for HR and internal users
Serve as a secondary technical point of contact and subject matter expert for Cornerstone and edays to research and resolve issues or process flaws
Will work closely with the HR team to enhance the functionality and usage of our HR systems
Ensures data integrity, generating reports, and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving integration issues with Cornerstone, edays and ADP
Manage all aspects of new hire data entry into both systems
Process invoices
