In this role, you are responsible for industry and function-focused candidate sourcing, pre-screening, testing, and qualifying candidates. **This is an amazing opportunity to learn recruiting from the ground up! If so, we have the perfect role for you! **Responsibilities:** + Engage in various recruitment activities such as phone screening, email blasting, sourcing, research, job posting, and task coordination. + Conduct thorough research to discover passive candidates using diverse methods like complex internet searches, social and professional networking, blogs, diversity resources, competitor research, and nurturing existing candidate relationships. + Initiate introduction calls with candidates identified through sourcing. + Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of prospective candidates for assigned positions. + Submit qualified candidates to the Recruiting Team based on job descriptions. + Collaborate with the recruiting team to screen, test, and qualify candidates. + Maintain effective communication with the Recruiting Team throughout the sourcing process. + Utilize both manual systems and ATS to track sourcing information, input candidate data, resumes, interview notes, and assessment results, and manage candidate submittal data against established metrics. **Qualifications:** **Required:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + **Fluent in French and English.** + **Work on-site in Milwaukee 5 days a week for the first 90 days of training, then 3 days a week in the office (Tues-Thurs), Monday & Friday at home.** + 1+ year of experience in recruiting, customer service, and/or sales. **Why Join Us?** + Be part of a dynamic team that values innovation and creativity. + Opportunity to make a significant impact by connecting talented individuals with exciting career opportunities. + Competitive salary and benefits package. + Growth and development opportunities within the company.
