This role requires meticulous attention to detail, a deep understanding of tone and brand voice, and the ability to ensure consistency across content for nine different brands.As part of this role, you will collaborate with UX Writers, Content Strategists, and Translation Services to produce high-quality, user-friendly content. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for refining content to enhance user experience, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities: Content Creation & Editing - Develop, edit, and proofread content for various digital and customer-facing channels. Quality Assurance - Ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy across all materials. Brand Consistency - Maintain and refine tone, voice, and personas across nine brands. Collaboration - Work closely with UX designers, researchers, developers, and product teams to enhance user experience. Qualifications: 7-10 years of experience as a Content Editor, Copy Editor, or Proofreader. A strong portfolio showcasing writing, editing, and content expertise. Exceptional attention to detail to deliver high-quality content internally and externally. A strong POV on the role of words and visual language in digital experiences. Experience working with geographically distributed teams. Comfortable collaborating with UX designers, researchers, developers, and product managers. Skills: Experience in telecommunications. Background in editorial or traditional editing. Familiarity with Figma and UX content practices. Strong understanding of design thinking, UX content best practices, and content hierarchy.
